"Our room had no elevator. We had to wait 20 min to check in. We had to drag our luggage up stairs. New owners are not retaining their staff so they were short handed with no evidence the manager or owners were pitching in to help. Breakfast was good"

This experience and the lack of consistency will likely prevent me from staying here again."
