The property was nice. The property charges $1.50 per minute (sing dollar) for local calls. Outrages charges! on local phone-line usage for guest, which is usually complimentary for guest (for local calls).

Good quality breakfast. Chef was great.

We spent two wonderful nights here, and it is easily one of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Check-in was smooth, and the entire team was exceptionally warm and helpful. A special thank you to Smruti, the duty manager, for kindly providing an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. We enjoyed our stay completely and will gladly return and recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I have booked with airport pick up at Chennai airport. The car ride was pleasant and car was clean and comfortable. The check in was a bit slow with only 2 check in desks. I had a slightly bigger room than my colleague who stayed next door. The room itself doesnt have any sunlight as the window was in the toilet. The room and toilet are modern decorated. I ordered room service - steamed fish and fried rice was good. Portion was huge for 1 pax. Overall i had a good stay.

Excellent staff and good food. Location wise not so convenient due to construction of metros outside the hotel. Once you are inside the hotel it doesn't matter much.
