We opened the windows and I sprayed my perfume (not ideal) but we couldn’t get rid of it. Hopefully just a blip as I’d stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue."

Was informed they could put me up in a double room in the hotel next door for the first night, then return to my original hotel for the second night.
