"Five stars for the facility and staff. The girl at the front desk was fantastic. Everyone smiles and says hello. The rooms are outstanding. I gave five stars because of the people. Unfortunately I cannot give five stars to management. They have a $35 resort fee. This is not a resort! Yes you get a credit toward their restaurant. Their restaurant has the worst reviews in the City so I am not interested until they fix it. Resort fees are an annoyance at a resort - but have no place here. if you want to encourage people to use your restaurant just raise the price of the room by $35, and give a meal credit. The girl at the front desk did a tremendous job handling me on the resort fee issue. She explained the value. I was not angry but said I would never have booked the hotel if I realized it. She removed the fee with no problem and kept her cool the entire time. The way she handled the issue is why we are still five stars!"

"This was I came across when I was searching you a place to stay the night ,and this place popped up. From the time we checked in the staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. The room was spacious and so clean and we throughly enjoyed our night stay. Definately we will book this motel when we stay here in Ogunguit again . The place overall and the property was absolutely maintained and beautiful. This was above and beyond expectations and will reccommend and We Will Stay there again and again !! 😀😀"
