This was sorted out as soon as we informed the staff who were extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."
