"Overall, the hotel was a good experience. However, we paid for a sea view room, and got to our room and the sea viewwas completely obstructed by trees. They should not ever consider that room as a sea view. We flagged this and they moved us, but only had a room with 2 beds that needed to be pushed together, which wasn't ideal and we still had trees in our way but it wasn't a complete obstruction. But we paid for a full sea view, not a partial one, which was disappointing. The property is a little tired and needs to be power washed. The rooms were fine. The showers don't have doors, so water gets everywhere and soaks all the way over to the sink. A bath mat doesn't stand a chance, so don't put one down, it'll get completely soaked. The pool isn't kept very warm. We learned that the European way is to say it's "refreshing" instead of "cold". Felt the same as the sea, to be honest. The location is super walkable into town, which was great! The bedding was nice and soft and the beds were comfortable! And the hotel sends a van down when each ferry lands and offers to take your luggage for you, which was super convenient!"

"We had a beautiful stay - an exceptional hotel with beautiful facilities! Bed was big and exceptionally comfortable! Breakfast was fantastic and a delight everyday! The premium beach sunbeds cost more, but worth it. Only improvements I’d suggest - A better welcome and introduction on check in - the person who checked us in was extremely flat. Check out wasn’t much better to be honest. More sunbeds at the pool would be good, or even some deck chairs or something. Shower drains can smell a little."

"A fantastic hotel we stayed in one of the club rooms and had access to club rooftop terrace The breakfast was excellent full table service everything cooked to order staff very friendly definitely worth the extra paid. We also used the spa facilities and can recommend those also. The dined at the steak and Italian restaurants on site both were excellent We visited in early June and hotel was not very busy so plenty of room around the pools all in all we would definitely return again"

"Amazing and helpful staff! The location was perfect with Lapad beach below the hotel. We had a room in the annex building and the cleaning staff were quick and efficient and changed towels, while we had breakfast. I can really recommend this hotel!"

"A nice quality hotel. Very clean and a lot of facilities. Food and drinks are good so are the views and location. Staff are helpful and plenty of sun bathing areas bars, restaurants and pools. It has a gym and spa and different spaces for everyone.I couldn’t find anything it was lacking."

"Place is just lovely, with a beach right on the coast. Hotel was well maintained and staff were always very helpful. We had a breakfast buffet included with our room that was just excellent. The location is 15 to 30 minutes from oldtown, depending on traffic, by local bus. The bus service was great, getting us door to door from the hotel to old town and we didn't have to worry about renting a car and parking. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone visiting dubrovnik."
