"The poolside was comfortable with chairs and cabanas. Ice is available on one floor only. I paid $5 for a beach chair and it was full of sand and a dirty Kleenex stuffed in a pocket. The toilet looked like it was never flushed. I don't know if the water stained it or if it was dirty. They do have a nice area to sit outside with a few games, i.e., foosball. The front desk mostly confused me. "

We both woke up covered in painful bites. It is disappointing that such a nice-looking hotel has such a major health and safety flaw. We hope management takes this seriously, as the physical discomfort has been significant.""
