"Great location—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The building is quiet, the amenities are solid, and the 4th-floor pool is a nice bonus (even though we didn’t end up using it). The one downside was the cleanliness, which could definitely use some attention."

"Can walk 1 block to the beach. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Property isn't brand new, but it is cozy, not overcrowded, and parking was easily available. "
