When staff finally arrived they were extremely rude and had an attitude that it was our fault we had to wait. We were 1 of 7 people waiting in the lobby. "

"At first glance I was a little skeptical but the room we had was very spacious and clean. Thought price was very good especially since it had a small kitchen in it with sink, larger fridge and microwave so if you were staying an extended time would be useful. They do not include a breakfast and they did not have anything set up in the lobby for coffee or tea. They did have a water dispenser for hot water. Pool area was very nice. They have restaurants attached but we did not use them. You can walk thru the parking lot to gas station to get coffee, breakfast items etc. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not far from the airport, about 15 minutes. A little farther from the beach than expected and the beaches along there seemed like it was hard to find parking for. Staff here are very friendly. Parking is included so no extra fee for that. "

"The Woodspring is fine for what it is, a relatively inexpensive place to stay. The place is clean, staff is OK, and rooms spartan, but functional. It is right near a very useful bus stop, with buses running directly to either downtown or the airport. "

"The room and bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Mattress was not very firm. Breakfast choices were great as it was cook to order. My only complaint was being awakened at 5:30 am by someone dropping heavy weights in the workout room. That room should (1) be on the ground floor and (2) away from sleeping rooms or not open 24 hrs. "

"This place was a godsend after our flight got cancelled out of PBI. We were able to get a last minute 2BR suite for all five of us, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Michael at the front desk for helping us store and retrieve our luggage both on arrival and departure! "
