Hotels near Mall at Wellington Green

"At first glance I was a little skeptical but the room we had was very spacious and clean. Thought price was very good especially since it had a small kitchen in it with sink, larger fridge and microwave so if you were staying an extended time would be useful. They do not include a breakfast and they did not have anything set up in the lobby for coffee or tea. They did have a water dispenser for hot water. Pool area was very nice. They have restaurants attached but we did not use them. You can walk thru the parking lot to gas station to get coffee, breakfast items etc. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not far from the airport, about 15 minutes. A little farther from the beach than expected and the beaches along there seemed like it was hard to find parking for. Staff here are very friendly. Parking is included so no extra fee for that. "

"The Woodspring is fine for what it is, a relatively inexpensive place to stay. The place is clean, staff is OK, and rooms spartan, but functional. It is right near a very useful bus stop, with buses running directly to either downtown or the airport. "

"My husband and I arrived early to the hotel after previously calling ahead and being told that early check-in would be okay. We had been traveling and were very tired, so we were hoping to get settled in. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff immediately said, “You’re early, we don’t have any rooms ready, you’ll have to wait.” We understood that rooms may not always be ready early, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive. We waited in the lobby for about two hours with no updates from the front desk. The same employee who initially spoke to us left when her shift ended without ever checking on the status of our room. When the next shift came in, the two employees at the desk were extremely unprofessional — loudly discussing their personal lives and using profanity while guests were sitting in the lobby. After waiting longer, we had to approach the desk ourselves to ask for an update and were told to wait another 45 minutes. When we finally got into our room, it was disappointing. There were no cookware or utensils, despite the room setup suggesting they should be available. There were no extra towels, the hallways had trash and dirty bedding sitting out, and the elevator stopped working during our stay. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and appears newly built, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. You can also clearly hear other guests’ TVs and noise through the walls, which made it hard to relax."

"We arrived very late, and the staff took excellent care of us immediately upon our arrival. The breakfast and coffee were fresh and very enjoyable as well."

"The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor."

"The staff was exceptional! We had an issue in our room and Betty moved us right away! The place is clean, bed very comfortable and very quiet! We will definitely stay there again!"
