"The resort is wonderful, very beautiful property with helpful staff. However, upon check-in we were offered to join a new Club at the hotel. It was $75/day per person and we were advertised that food and drinks would be plentiful and all-you-can eat. However, upon entering the Club we had the impression that it was just a shared workspace. Not very premium feeling, it just felt like a workspace with some tables. You could drink wine or beer at certain hours, no liquor, and there were hors d'oeuvres only -- the hors d'oeuvres were not a great quality, especially when compared with the other food on the premises. We don't feel like the value was anywhere near worth what we paid, and it really left a bad taste in our mouths. I feel like the whole thing was oversold, to the point of it being misrepresentation. I caution anyone interested to pass on this "new amenity.""

"This hotel is top-notch! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. A chef prepares made-to-order dishes, all included in your stay; a wonderful touch that made our experience even more enjoyable. Location is great for families who are traveling for baseball tournaments. Price is very reasonable, will definitely book again!"

"Plenty of parking and a turnaround for loading and unloading. When we walked thru the front doors a service attendant named Pete asked us if we needed any help. The front desk personnel were very friendly and quick with our check in. There is a nice pool area with music playing and lights for nighttime. While using the pool Pete checked on every guest and made sure everyone had water and towels. When we walked into our room it had a clean fresh smell. House keepers were friendly and did a great job keeping our room clean. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely continue to patronize this location."
