"Loved the room! So big and spacious. The room we had 123 had stainless steel pans and not many, basically impossible to cook with and not burn. Everything else was awesome. Call in plenty of time if you need ice. Pool was awesome and opened 24/7. "

"The staff was impeccable! Arlene in Ilse was amazing!!! Love her! Room was cleaned everyday and everything we need was taken care of immediately. They all learned and you name and celebrated with us when hubs caught a hammerhead shark!!! Only thing that was tough for me specifically was a very severe lack of being able to accommodate my celiac at the in-house restaurants. All salads or plain hamburgers with no bun. Will most definitely be back as soon as we can!!!!!"

"Beautiful iconic Miami Beach hotel. Our room (351) had a walk out balcony the size of a small house and overlooked the pools and the beach. Beautiful wicker chairs and cushions. It could probably fit 85-100 people. Nice eating options and a wonderful staff at the beach. Be prepared for daily resort fees ($45), parking ($60), and beach umbrellas ($39). Out only complaint was that we had no housekeeping for the 2 nights we were there. "

"Our stay was amazing. The only incident was in the lobby while eating breakfast on our last day. A man came in and sat down a began to smoke crack and asked me did I want to smoke crack with him. They need more security during the day and vet the people coming in."
