"Missing amenities. No hot tub. We felt very unsafe with a broken latch anyone could have came in the room. Also the window was broken and we were on the 3rd floor if my children accidentally touch the glass they would have fallen 3 floors Down. We were in room 321 btw. I Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. "

"This is the second time I stayed at this Hotel, as before the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and painless. Do ask for breakfast and parking. The breakfast was great, with fresh omelets , fruit , bagels and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The front desk person wasn’t very friendly, and no where on the booking website did it say that a $20 CASH deposit was required. Thankfully my boyfriend had cash on him cause it was pretty late. Then we go into the room and ALL of the windows are open for some reason. This made the rooms feel so dirty and dusty.. Then my boyfriend goes to peel the comforter off so that we can lay under it.. We see that there are suspicious yellow stains on the white sheets so we end up trying to sleep on TOP of the comforter. We both lay down and my boyfriend feels something sharp on his back, and after looking we see that there’s some sort of dried clear glue or something like it that we can’t get off. Also, the next day we were trying to check out and there was no one at the front desk. We would have just left but we needed our deposit back. "

"Not ah PLEASANT Stay/Trip Watsoever the Man there in which i-Believe is the OWNER Has NO/NONE People Skill's Whatsoever @ ALL...An as ahh Matter of FACT is ah "BiGG-OHH-JERK!!", He Was NOT Once Nice nor Even Close to Being Nice, Nor Even Trying to Be Not Really Nice Right....But @ The Very Least Be "POLiTE_&_ATTENTiVE!!", Towards your "ViSiTOR'zzzz/CUSTOMER'zzzz!!", HE WAS VERY-VERY-RUDE THROUGHOUT MY-WHOLE STAY THERE...ESPECiALLY DURiNG CHECKOUT-TiME HE DiDN'T WANT TO GiVE-ME-BACK/RETURN MY $50-DEPOSiT n MADE TAKE-OUT MY-LUGGAGE, BAG'zzzz, n ALL oF MY PERSONAL BELONGiNG'zzzz OUT oF THE SUPPOSEDLY LOBBY-AREA and OUT ON THE STREET PRACTiCALLY ONNAH ALREADY 90+ DEGREES HOT DAY BEFORE GiViNG BACK MY-DEPOSiT....&....UPON ARRiVAL HE WANTED & TRiED GETTiNG $100-DEPOSiT FROM ME...i-THEN LATER ASKED ANOTHER PERSON STAYiNG THERE HOW MUCH THiS MOTEL ASK FOR DEPOSiT and THEY SAiD THEY ASKED FOR AH $20-DEPOSiT...i-WAS VERY-VERY-UPSET N EVEN GOT AHH LiL-HEATED AFTER HEARiNG THAT...BUT YOU KNOW WHAT i-LET iT GO n LET GOD DEAL WiTH HiS "GRiMMY/GREEDY/MONEY-HUNGRY-SELF!!"..."

"I booked my stay and I’m certain I selected a non-smoking room. However, upon arrival, I was told I had booked a smoking room and no non-smoking rooms were available. I went to check the room and immediately requested another room, but even that second one still had a strong smoke odor, just not as intense. We decided to stay since I had little proof that the website had changed my selection during payment, and we didn’t have many options at that point. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling sick the next day from the lingering smoke smell. Definitely not planning to stay here again."
