"Terrible management and extremely irresponsible staff! I had a 5 AM flight and confirmed the 1 AM airport shuttle with the front desk THREE times (I even went downstairs at 12 AM to double-check). However, at 1 AM, the front desk was completely deserted, and the shuttle was nowhere to be found. After waiting helplessly for 10 minutes, I was forced to book an Uber to avoid missing my flight. To make matters worse, when my Uber driver arrived, the hotel staff suddenly appeared and demanded that I cancel my ride. When I refused, they just let the shuttle drive away out of spite. This was an absolute nightmare with zero accountability and atrocious service. Highly NOT recommended for anyone catching an early flight!"
