"The room was great except that the TV remote did not work and the bathroom sink was clogged. There was a kids hockey team staying here and there was food garbage left in the halls and elevator. "

"This hotel is in a great location. We came for a Western campus tour and getting around was easy and convenient. The staff was excellent and did everything they could to accommodate us and take care of us during our stay. Clean, good food and amazing service. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very outdated. Bed was very hard and not a good selection of pillows. Not the hotels fault but there was an argument and fist fight in the hallway at 2:30 am. It went on for just under an hour. I hoped someone would stop it but that didn’t happen. We had a hard time getting back to sleep after that. Breakfast was ok. Although the eggs were inedible. Other stuff was good. "
