"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were utterly spoiled at Centara Ras Fushi. As this was our second visit, they made us feel extra special with lots of little touches. Rajan had made a lovely “Welcome back” display using foliage on our bed and always made sure we had exactly what we needed in our mini bar. The check-in process was made very smooth by Nadia and, after a long journey, they had organised for early access to our room. Centara Ras Fushi was just as beautiful as we remembered and the snorkelling here is fantastic due to the house reef. The water is so warm and the visibility so good, it is like swimming in a bath! The food was excellent in all the restaurants and Mama’s smile and signature dance was always a welcome sight. The fact that he is still doing this 11 years after we first met him says a lot about his engaging personality and enthusiasm for his craft. Husnee and his team ensured that we had the most memorable of stays at Centara Ras Fushi. He was very engaging and took time to speak with us. You can clearly see his passion shine through and his dedication to Centara. He told us how they look after and invest in their staff which was so lovely to hear. People often ask me why we loved Centara Ras Fushi so much the first time we came here and there are lots of things I could say; the accommodation, the food, the colour of the water, but the main ingredient is the people. Thank you so much."

"The staff is what makes this place outstanding. They are professional, unfailingly polite and helpful. You feel like an important, valued guest. Everyone greets you, hand over heart, day or night, whether you have interacted with them previously or not. They are appropriately engaging. Some have the most delightful sense of humor. If you have an issue with the staff, make no mistake, YATA. Couple this staff with the most gorgeous island I have ever seen, and you have a winning combination."

"The beach villa is nice. Close to a small beach. You can walk to any place from the room, but the facility sends you a buggy to pick you up and drop you anywhere you like. The room is clean, the staff is super friendly at all times. Balcony faces the beach but there is some green and some trees in between. Still nice private room."

"We really enjoyed our stay - the service and attention to guests is some of the best we have experienced. We loved the bikes, watersports centre and the spa. The planting and little details in the plant areas on the island are really lovely. We liked our overwater villa size, layout and sunset view (although the new Mandarin Oriental being built nearby slightly detracts). The decor does need an update soon though (eg. Loungers are clunky to adjust, tiles in the pool are a little jagged and the bath is unusable). We liked all the restaurants (especially saffron and soyi), our experience of Origin was less good due to a large table with loud adults and kids and the fish menu wasn’t as good as I was expecting. Champagne generously flowed and was a nice one. We thought the red wine list would benefit from an extra option with a bit more oomph (eg a. Malbec). However overall a really enjoyable holiday. "
