"Perfect location in St P … staff Amazingly friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Room beautiful and clean only needed a bit more lightening. Not makeup friendly but overall loved the hotel. New addition with balcony and hopefully bar in the future will be an Awesome addition. Will definitely go back! "

"I didn’t appreciate being charged more than what I was quoted. At check out, it was discovered, I’d been charged for parking two cars. Luckily, I had extra funds available in my account. My money was tied and It took about four days for the correction in my bank account. My room wasn’t cleaned the first day, I had to call the front desk, house keeping came and brought clean un folded towels. I asked her to take the trash( I had it bagged and placed in a larger tied bag. The floor wasn’t vacuumed my entire stay. Even though the pool closed at 10:00PM, was it really necessary for security to usher everyone away from the area. Food wasn’t allowed in most of the lobby areas. Starbucks need extended hours. After the bar/restaurant was closed, I was told I couldn’t have outside food in the area. I didn’t want to sit in my room and eat. The hotel is really nice. The beds are comfortable. There should be a social area for eating and talking after 10:00PM"
