"The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. There were no hassles booking or during our stay. The only thing we noted was a little mold in the shower and a few strands of hair in the shower near the drain. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place close to down town. They offer a golf cart to and from downtown so you can avoid the traffic and difficulty parking. They were very accommodating. They had an Easter egg hunt for guests which was also nice to see. "

"Issue we had was the battery on the smoke alarm started dying after midnight so woke us up and then the air stopped working it got 74 degrees and started to sweat so needless to say didn't get rest "

"Property was a good location for restaurants, stores, and the mall. The property itself was ok for an overnight stay. The room was muggy and the pillows were terrible. Woke up with a headache. The mattress sunk low. "

"Stayed at Motel 6 Lakeland, FL and had a pretty disappointing experience. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable right away. It also seemed like many people are living at the property, with groups hanging around outside the rooms throughout the night. There was a lot of noise, and it didn’t quiet down until around 3 a.m., making it hard to get any rest. Overall, not a great stay."

"I always appreciate to start a review with a compliment, so, I did very much enjoy the comfort of a Good mattress! And the sheets and pillows were very nice and comfy as well. Also, the hand soap was of good quality and made my hands feel clean. BUT… The overall cleanliness of the property was not great. My Husband went to the pool and the locker room was locked so no place to change in private. And there was a cigarette butt in the hot tub. Now, some of this is poor behavior is from guests but the garbages being stuffed to the full is on the staff. I want to let you know, I never saw one bug of any kind during my stay, which I think is significant because it’s not pristine. I have managed a cleaning company before I retired, and I would have a long “punch list” for my staff. Would I stay there again? You know what? I probably would. Being that the other Hotels are double in price, I can live with it for a night or two. Overall, staff were good, breakfast was OK, they just need to amp up the cleaning. TV worked, coffee maker was clean and worked, and the mattress was clean and comfortable. So, because the price was more affordable, I may stay there again. Thank you! "
