We’ve travelled to 77 countries and this stay was one of the top disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had given the expectations of a five star hotel. If rated as a three star it would be been a disappointment but not intolerable such as it was."

"The staff were excellent especially the restaurant manager and the guest relations who were very accommodating and attentive to our needs
Breakfast and evening meal were very good
The sea can be quite rough but enjoyable at the same time with a soft sandy beach and warm water, the pool is not very big and the beach towels not very good
Once again the staff are excellent"

"Spacious rooms and lovely staff, however our room had bugs, a cockroah and didn’t feel like it was to the standard other hotels are giving at that price.
It’s up a hill, which is quite a walk or you can take the elevator, which is very slow. However the staff were very good and extremely helpful. "

"Serendivi Resort Villa was amazing! Right on the beach, Tropical Modernist architecture and an incredible view. We were looked after very well by Farees, Chefs Sanath and Vinodh and the Manager Prabath. Really delicious food. I wish we had stayed longer! "
