"An excellent location, and a wonderful pool. Good price, and a small, cute place. What was not so good, was our experience checking in. We had booked a garden room, but apparently these were "fully booked", and we were given a lesser room with a street view (a noisy street). We tried to explain that this was not what we booked, but they insisted it was the same, and that the two garden rooms were not available. We could switch the next day. That was fine, but we did not want to pay full price...

"We loved our stay at Arabella. Loved the simplicity and size of the rooms. Kept very clean and tidy by the staff. Cute offering of bananas for supper in the room with the turn down service. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool area was on the small size but we had no problem using it when we wanted to. Kitchen and kitchen staff were A . Food and service was amazing highly recommend the chimichurri prawns & the prawn or fish tacos! All breakfast options were great also! Tuk Tuks available...

"We were welcomed with big smiles and fresh complimentary juices. Our room was upgraded without additional fees. Good variety of breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mendis & Sudish who work at Breeze Restaurant. The hotel and surroundings are very neat, also easy access to the beach. Near to seafood restaurants. "Don't do a mistake. Never book this "amazing" Sea view villa. We stayed only 2 nights out of 6 we'd booked just because we had nowhere else to stay. As soon as we found a decent place to stay we left this awful place. First of all the view from our balcony was like in the middle of a building lot. On the edge of our balcony, I mean right next to it - they had massive construction going on. From early morning to 10:30 PM construction was in full swing with all the noise that comes with it.
