Hotels with indoor pool in South Suburbs

"Everything was good except for not having access to the outdoor space. When we were booking the hotel the outdoor area was one of the reasons the pulled us to stay there. It was not stated that it was unavailable for the season. The pool being closed i get it, but the rest that was featured in the photos was also off limits, the outdoor tents and the grass area. "

"​The Pros: Wi-Fi and a convenient location with an attached car rental company. ​The Cons: Service: We were placed in a noisy room by the ice machine. After requesting a move, we waited 20 minutes for an update that never came. When I followed up, the staff seemed more concerned with whether we had touched the room than actually helping us move, citing that they were "too busy" to assist.Eventually, I had to give up on the move entirely. To top it off, the hotel showed zero flexibility on checkout, quoting a $75 fee just to stay until 1:00 PM. Don't expect much in the way of hospitality or quality dining. ​Dining: Very disappointing. The meatloaf was soft and mushy, and the cornbread was clearly not fresh. The cornbread was not hot enough to melt the butter. The waiter rushed the service as they were nearing closing time. ​Policies: Very rigid. A simple 1:00 PM late checkout request was met with a $75 surcharge."

"The pillows in the rooms were very hard and so was the bed. In the pool area there where not enough towels for people and it seemed very cold for a indoor pool. "

"This place is amazing, great amenities and staff, coffee bar is great, bartender girl NOT very nice of friendly, I would stay again, stores and museums very near by, room was super clean and comfortable definitely recommend it and I would stay there again."

"VERY hot hottub & very clean - perfect!! The gym was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely property. The reason I would not give it 5-stars is the surprise additional $25/per day fee sprung on as at check-in - this was never clear or mentioned prior to arriving. This is dishonest business practice and makes me think twice about booking with Hilton again."

"I took my 10-year-old grandson to Chicago for a spring break getaway. Our room at the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Magnificent Mile was perfect in every way. The bed was comfortable. The sofa with ottoman was relaxing after a long day of seeing the sights. We especially enjoyed the heated pool on the 10th floor. What a treat for my grandson! I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Chicago. "
