"Wonderful Location for a Family Trip with Minor Maintenance Flaws We had a great family vacation here! You cannot beat the beachfront location, which was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The staff was responsive—when our room for four only had 2 towels, they brought more immediately. They also helped fix our room's Wi-Fi, though they mentioned it drops frequently. The stay would have been perfect if not for a few amenities being out of order: the ice machine was broken and the soda machine was empty. The property is mostly clean but is showing its age and could use a deep scrub and a fresh coat of paint. We would stay again because of the location and staff!"

"From the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the amenities were excellent. We brought our toddler and 10 year old and they had a blast at the waterpark. We ordered room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entirety of our stay and the food was always hot, fresh and most importantly delicious. The kids and adults loved the pizza from the pizza restaurant downstairs as well. The cleaning staff made sure we always had fresh towels and it was appreciated. The bellman that helped us with our luggage cart at the end of the stay was so nice, he heard my toddler ask for chocolate chip cookies and he ran to go get him some for the drive home. Thank you so much Arthur! We are looking forward to our next stay!"

"Everything was good, only hiccup was during the check in my email said the check in was at 3:00pm while at the location the employee was trying to deny Check in until 4. I think this is something that needs to be addressed. Which if check in is not till 4 I would reconsider staying here. We are already spending a lot of money to stay here and a check in that late is a bit annoying"
