"Would have gotten 5 stars . The place is style like the old school classy 90s

hotel but every thing is clean and in great condition . Also the only thing is that the pics make it seem like it’s in down town Austin it’s actually right outside down town not bad actually for traffic but you will not be able to walk downtown it’s like ten miles and only access is the high way . The other thing I did not like that there is no valet but you get charged for valet . "

"Far and away the worst hotel experience of my life. Be warned, if you have a neighboring room literally slamming on the adjourning door threatening you, don't expect anything from the hotel other than a hollow apology. I had to actually initiate the room change in the middle of the night after they refused to do anything other than ask the lunatic traumatizing my family to stop, which of course he didn't. The pool was also cold enough to keep your drinks cold, and was completely unusable. ...

"The man and lady that were at the check in were super friendly. I liked that it had an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. There was a super random large stain on the couch that was a little questionable but aside from that decent room, nicely stocked with essentials. "

"Conveniently located close to the airport and 15 mins from COTA. Room was clean, the queen beds were a little on the small side. The breakfast had lots of options and coffee was very good. The staff was nice. Parking was convenient. The pool was little but nice. The gym only had a bike and elliptical, the trade mill was broken and there were no weights. Overall good choice for price "
