"What an amazing stay! Julie deserves a raise- she is incredible at her job, and she made us feel extremely special and welcomed! We came for my 40th birthday celebration, and it was truly memorable. They even have gluten free options in the restaurant and cafe. The staff is also knowledgeable on cross-contamination, which I find is rare when traveling, and it was truly appreciated. The only thing I would change is the fact that our room was only tidied once during our 4-night stay, even when we called down to ask someone to come up. Otherwise, a completely memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"This was our second stay at this hotel—our first visit was back in 2018. We had another great experience! The breakfast was enjoyable, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop pool area, especially refreshing in the heat of June. The hotel met all our needs and offered a great space to relax. Although there’s construction happening throughout downtown, it didn’t affect our stay at all—we didn’t hear any noise from our room or the pool area. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"The Fairmont is our “Go to” hotel in Austin. Head and shoulders above the rest . They never fail to meet or exceed our expectations. The staff are outstanding and the hotel is beautiful and so well appointed. The pool is wonderful! This is our 5th stay at the Fairmont when visiting family in Austin. "

"This was our third time staying here and it was equally as perfect as the last couple times. Front desk was great, bar tender in the lobby made great drinks and gave us great info on where to go out for our Anniversary trip in Austin. The room was clean and comfortable. The room we had was facing the highway so it was a bit noisy! We might just get a room closer to the parking lot next time. Overall great experience! "
