"Very disappointed with this stay. The room was not clean upon arrival. The bed sheets, pillows, and comforter all had visible stains and an unknown substance on them. There was also a bug found in the bed, which was extremely unsettling. The bathroom tub had a dirty ring/stain, so we did not feel comfortable using the shower. On top of that, the room smelled stale. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were far below expectations."
