"The manager, Antonio was amazing. He provided amazing service and helped to remedy my room concern quickly and with kindness. Iane was also wonderful staffer that was welcoming and kind. "

"The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"
