Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and routine maintainance was obvious. Only downside was there is only one bathroom in the pool area for each sex."

"Oh this is by far my favorite place to stay in Tennessee. The hotel has this amazing smell for starters! The rooms are awesome the staff were friendly!! I want to go back and stay again!! I hated leaving! The Waterpark is so awesome kids had a blast it was such a great time to end the day they had a cute bowling game we liked and arcade was fun. They had so much to do in the hotel and the fudge was great too "
