"I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it has a lot of potential, I won’t be returning.
Pros: The property is well maintained and the location is excellent—very close to Disney, which made getting around easy. The double king beds were also a great feature.
Cons: The biggest issue was the bathroom. The shower is open, so water leaks out and soaks the floor. The sink is poorly designed—an awkward, above-counter rectangular basin that splashes everywhere and takes up most of the counter space.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. We were not told at check-in that service is only every third day. The first day, only the beds were made while everything else was left dirty. The second day, the room wasn’t serviced, but someone entered and folded our dirty towels, placing them under the sink as if they were clean.
The room also lacked basic functionality—no hooks for towels and no proper drawers or dressers, just a small cutout near the door.
We reported these issues to the front desk, but they seemed uninterested in resolving them.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the design flaws, poor housekeeping, and lack of customer service made for a disappointing stay."
