"Room was clean, a little outdated. Needs some work. Sheets did not fit bed kept popping off at the corners. Certain electrical outlets did not work. As far as the beach goes! We paid for the use of beach beds then after paying we were told we could only use them until 5 pm because it was a wedding taking place!! We should have gotten money off if they knew this in advance. Don’t take our money then tell us the info. But staff was very friendly and helpful"

"Very busy at check in and valet was backed up do to concert. Moved people to other locations to check in, elevators crowded long wait times to get up or down. Staff did a nice job under pressure to get things turned around."
Boardwalk Beach Hotel

"Beautiful beach view. Balcony was awesome. Comfortable, clean room. Only thing that was lacking was slow elevator in which one was not working."
Eden Roc Miami Beach

"Beautiful property but location is not walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, mini grocery, etc. We had lunch & dinner at Eden Roc because we did not want to drive to downtown/south beach (parking is hard to find). The automatic 20% service charge added to food, drinks, etc by the hotel was a negative on top of their high prices. If you have a vehicle, you can only valet park $60+ per night. There is a city of Miami parking lot next to the hotel where you can self park for $20/day (this is what we did)."

"Superbe hôtel, surtout avec des enfants. Grandes chambres, grands lits. Équipements de grande qualité. Décor original. Le déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de variété et d’espace pour manger. Les piscines sont grandes et belles. La lazy river a été un franc succès avec les petits et les grands. Les vestes de flottaison sont fournies. Nous serions restés plusieurs jours sans problème. Pas eu le temps d’expérimenter le mini golf et le pickleball. Très bien situé dans Kissimmee. Personnel super courtois et accommodant! 10/10"
