"Front desk staff were friendly, hotel clean, and smells good when you walk in, once to room it was comfortable and clean, bed was the highlight, it was so cozy, when it came time to swim, couldn't be in the pool no more than 10mins as it was way to cool, and not comfortable, my advice to the hotel would be to make sure to put wet floor signs going to the pool down the hallway by the restaurant as it was slippery on the floor. Would definitely stay here again though!"

"Property is nice and convenient to Town Center. Stayed in the west wing which houses the breakfast which is not included but reasonable. The pool is in another building with no easy access from the other building. Overall recommend staying here."

"Our week long stay at the Otter Hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Using the hot pools and sauna while looking at the mountains was amazing. Two robes provided in room to wear to the hot pools was a very nice touch. Complimentary Roam bus passes provided. Free parking garage a definite plus. Ice machine also has a water spout for filling your bottles, this was a great bonus for my family of water drinkers! Highly recommend staying here. "

"The room was surprisingly quiet for being a pet friendly room - usually we are put in the least desirable room because we bring our pup. but this room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - and quiet despite being right beside the elevator."
