"Great place"

"Had an exceptional stay at this new hotel. The rooms were lovely and great to come back to after a long day of hiking. The hot pool was an added bonus. The good folk restaurant offered amazing food at good prices. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is a little bit out of the main town, however it is only a short 15 min walk away and the hotel offers free bus passes to get into town easily - not really a downside as you still are in Banff but just something to be aware of "

"Our room was spacious and clean. The water slides were fun for the kids. Very nice breakfast. "

"The communication from this hotel was amazing. We had to have an early checkin, and they were quick to accomodate. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable . The location was close to everything. It was easy to get to. It is close to a train track, so you will get some noise, but it didnt bother us. We would stay here again. "

"The property was simple and spacious, they provided the basics, and walkable to downtown. Some staff were friendlier than others. Would have liked for there to have more hangers available in the closet, hooks in the bathroom, and more than 2 face towels. We also had to request for an ice bucket and our room to be serviced (on day 4), as we were staying for 8 days. Overall, great spot, would come back and would recommend."
