"Booked Both King suite with balcony and con-Joined Double bed room. Staff were amazing, helpful and FRIENDLY with their customer service it almost feels like a dream. We were always helped immediately. Felt welcomed the entire time has warm towels available which is an added plus to the amazing time me an my family had staying here. Would definitely come back soon. It was convenient the way I needed when feeding multiple teenagers.. directly next to the expressway an close to 10th Street shopping strip. To an from was always a breeze an I came from Louisville..would recommend 1000 times over. Family of Geese was an added plus for my Animal lover Family. We had so much 😊 fun. "It was myself and 2 children. We were to check in at 3 arrived 2 hours early and were able to go ahead and check in. The kids wanted to swim and we spent 6 hours in the pool. The water was perfect inside. Outside it hadnt warmed up yet but had only been open 1 day so I expected that. The hotel is dated, but very clean. The only thing i wish i would have paid closer attention to and it was not the lodges fault was standard rooms do not have microwaves or mini fridges. We had breakfast the first day it wasnt the best it was cold, but we were late getting there. The second day it was much better but we arrived 2 hours sooner. The kids didnt want to go. We have season passes to holiday world and we just stayed at the hoteland swam. Loved it here"
