"Bed was uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep. I hate when they give you 1 bar of soap and there isn’t a dish. Gross wet soap lying in water. The restaurant attached was awesome though! Food was very good and they had great service. Hotel staff sitting on their butts and doing the bare minimum. "

"Staff was amazing - we had a problem with our TV, and within 5 minutes it was fixed. In addition to daily breakfast, they have "heal with warm soup" in the evenings, with free soup, as a majority of guests are there to get treatment at Mayo clinic. The free shuttle to the clinic is a great bonus, but beware, you are the last ones dropped off on the way back from Mayo, be prepared for a 45 minute return trip. The room was clean and well furnished, the breakfast was good."

"Stayed for 4 nights while husband completed appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We didn't eat the breakfast, so not sure how that is. The rooms are good and the underground access to the Mayo Clinic is priceless."

"The breakfast waffles are amazing I was so happy you had blueberry sauce for them. The eggs were kinda bland maybe add salt if you can't because of health risks then maybe pepper and rosemary or paprika idk it might just be me and if so I apologize however if you are getting the same complaints "

"This was your second time staying here. Our first time we were in a pool side room and it was fine. Our second time thr tub wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk. The front desk employee was so rude about it. The hot tub wasn’t “hot” and they do not enforce the 15 people in the hot tub rule even though they have staff in there. There were a TON of kids in the hot tub. And the jets didn’t work. "
