"The hotel is in a light-industrial area by a highway, but the area was quiet--though nothing scenic, it was entirely fine. The staff was usually wrapped up in their side conversations, but they were ready to help when you got their attention. The breakfast was normal hotel slop--mass-produced mini muffins, mini bagels, small selection of cereals, make-your-own waffles. Dismal and tasteless, but what you should expect from most hotels in this price range. The room was very small, but perfect to sleep in--comfortable bed, quiet, well maintained."

"The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the French Quarter. As well as the live music Will definitely make it a regular first stop for our West Virginia visits"

"Staff was very helpful with making sure we could stay in the same room after having to book another day. However it took a solid 8-10 minutes for the hot water to come on (no exaggeration) therefore not only was it a waste of water to run it that long every time we needed to shower or wash our face but we did not know when we checked in and it put us behind on our schedule our first day there."

"Extremely clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a little sparse but the coffee was good. I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool or hot tub which I thought was provided but that was my misunderstanding. The staff was very nice. The directions through Google maps were all wrong and took us way beyond where we should have been. I gather this is not just a problem for us but for many others too. The noise from staff working and children running up and down the hall woke us up quite early which was annoying."
