"Room was great and Kim at the front desk was very personable. The shower was a little finicky but am guessing it was the operator. The hand held came apart while trying to make it work correctly. The breakfast was delicious and the lady making sure everything was fine did a great job. Like that there is hot chocolate at the coffee bar. Tasted so good since it was chilly."

"Check-in was fast and smooth. We were allowed to check in an hour earlier at 3pm with no extra charge! In Vegas, they charge about $100 more. The employee was so nice with a great smile! Our room was immaculate and the mattress was very comfortable along with feather pillows! "
