Nice cosy peaceful environment. Owner prepared breakfast spread for all the mornings. Room is clean and tidy.

Sebel has been my favourite place to stay at Mandurah. The room is spacious and clean. Linens are white and clean. Staff are the courteous and helpful

During our stay at the hotel, my wife and I fell sick and had food poisoning. I was impress by one of the staff when I called them at 5am and requested for some assistance; I asked if I can purchase a ginger ale at that odd hour to help relief me and my wife stomach discomfort. To my surprise a staff I believe by the name Lin came by my room in an instant, delivering some ginger ale and some hot water. This helped me recover. Throughout my stay, I would get wellness calls by the manager to see...

The room and bed were comfy, we had a really good night's sleep! The walk around the lake was easy and enjoyable for everyone young and old:) lovely to see the kangaroos around in the evening, and the ducks in the morning:)

Conveniently located near entertainment center, spacious for a family (staying in 3 rooms) with living room, kitchen fully equipped, each room comes with own TV, parking available foc - overall great experience and will opt for similar place in next trip

The apartment is spacious and suitable for a family size of 6. I wished the toilet, shower and sink areas could be separated so that we can them separately without having to wait in line!

Spacious, well maintained property with a beach v closeby. Comes with free parking. Has a nice relaxed vibe going. Efficient staff. Was on the Expensive side since we booked quite late. Good stay overall. Close to Busselton Jetty and city centre.

Plenty of parking around the property, walkable distance to eateries.
