"Our 3-night stay at Killarney Heights Hotel was quite excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We enjoyed drinks at the bar to live music, or just relaxed by the fire. It was obviously a great choice of stay for our time there, and I would certainly look forward to staying again. Thank you. "All the Junior staffs were excellence, but the manager a look lady maybe in her 20- or 30s was very rude. I asked to see her to ask about a question it took her ages to come out and even when she came out she was not very attentive. Very reluctant. That treatment was not the best. Other than th and her body language showed negative atitude, the other staffs were super and the food and cleanliness of the hotel was 100%. "
