"There was this weird breathing type of sound. I think it was from the fridge or ac. Already informed the management. Everything else was great except for the parking company. They charged me $1 twice claiming it was a processing fee. Hotel front desk Nae and manager helped and was very kind. They assisted me in finding out that the charge was wrong. The parking company manager was either lying or just incompetent when telling me that it was a necessary normal processing charge. I was already charged the processing fee of $1.50 when I paid for the service. Parking manager said they’d refund. It’s not about the $2. It’s the principal. Hotel was great. Parking company not so much. "

"Cleaning ladies had bad attitudes. Breakfast was til 9:30 and they were taking food away at 9:09 and shut the doors as other guests were trying to com in. The clerk at check in also had a bad attitude. Our key cards were acting up and when we asked for help once again the clerk was rude. Room was clean and the beds were comfy."
