"The hotel was vey clean and room was great. My problem is how the assistant general manager, Kimberly Wiseman treated us a check in. We showed up at 2pm knowing we might not be able to check in until 3pm if the rooms weren't ready. The kind lady at the desk said the rooms are ready but that she was sorry but management won't let her check us in because we booked through Hotels.com. I asked to speak to management. Kimberly came to the desk with an attitude. I explained to Kimberly that I'm an HHonors members and the rooms are ready. She said it doesn't matter that since I used a 3rd party to book they wouldn't afford us any HHonors benefits. She said they don't want people using Hotels.com or any other 3rd party booking service. She moved the check in time up to 2:30p from 3p and then sat at the front desk computer doing absolutely nothing while we all sat in the lobby watching Kimberly do nothing until 2:30p when she checked up in. There are many other nice hotels in the area which we will be using the next time were in the area thanks to Kimberly."
