"The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Can't comment on the pillows, as I brought my own. Being so close to the lake was a bonus. The breakfast, which was included, was very good. I would definitely recommend the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington to my friends and family."

"Hotel was nice, good breakfast and attentive staff both cleaning and front of house. Public transport links that take you to Milton GO that takes you into the centre of Toronto. Small gym but really nice swimming pool as well as coffee on offer throughout the day. Rooms are nice and spacious with good bathroom facilities as well. A two star hotel is harsh, I’d say it’s a three star. They do need to invest in a new dryer though."

"The staff were the best! We were able to check in early, the housekeeping staff gave us extra towels and were all very friendly and welcoming. As for the rooms you have a great view of the marina and we were lucky enough to be there on a weekend where they were setting off fireworks on the water and we had the best view."

"Upon driving up to your hotel, we saw a homeless encampment next to the hotel. I felt unsafe at this hotel. When we went to bed to sleep, our sheets were wet at the bottom so we had to get another set of sheets to cover the wet. The shower was awful! There was a leak in the shower head pouring water out of the shower onto the floor. Im not impressed with this hotel at this location. I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately 😔 "
