"Overpriced for the services offered, it could be because of the long weekend. The bed is terrible, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced (not par with those of Marriot or Hilton). Nespresso coffee machine without coffee pods in the room. The desk is not manned 24 hours but someone answers when you call the phone. The dining options outside the hotel are excellent though and the view is great. A great breakfast place nearby. "

"The Hotel Chateau Laurier was an excellent hotel in the heart of Old Quebec. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and the port and lower area within the Citadel walls is only a short walking distance away. Our room was on the Plains of Abraham side and we had a wonderful view of the park. The hotel was very clean and the room was large and comfortable. 5 out of 5 stars all around. "
"The hotel has an amazing restaurant. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting to old Quebec. However, walking late at night is not recommended. "
"This year was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful! The rooms and location can't be beat. For a stay in a modern heritage building close to Old Quebec city, this hotel can't be beat. Oh ... did I mention the wonderful restaurant on the main floor? "
"This was a halfway point from east coast to Ontario and it was perfect to access from the highway.
Beds are super comfy and staff excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is the resto across the street on weekends plays music quite late. I requested to have a room not facing it and not a sound. "
