"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. While the hotel is situated in a good, walkable location (close to Rambla and the beach), the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. Our double room featured two single beds pushed together (instead of a Queen), and the walls wrapped so tightly around them, that you couldn’t walk around the beds without being squeezed, needless to say lay down a suitcase on the floor. Our room was claustrophobic, with no windows and a low ceiling - it felt like a tomb and was uncomfortable to stay in. And that was at $350/ night! We would not recommend this hotel for its poor value. There are many better options at this price level around Barcelona."

"This hotel does not have bath tubs. If you need a soak, this hotel is not for you. The breakfast was extra and did not taste good. The pool was closed the day we were there. Catching the "free" airport shuttle is a sport. Hotel 101 offers one 11 passenger van to move all of us to the airport. If you miss it, you have to hire your own taxi. Surprising perk? The vending refrigerators in the atrium have 92% lean hamburgers for only 5 EUR. It may have been the best burger in all of Spain. It was unbelievable how good it was. So, I bought a second one. Yes. Just as good. The manager helped me by bringing 2 brand new trash bins to my room with Epsom salts. So nice! I was able to stand in the shower and soak, which is better than no soak at all. Thank you!"

"Hotel was fantastic, however 2 things were unacceptable... 1) We had the family room, and after traveling ALL day in 101 degrees, one side didn't have air, so we did NOT have a good nights sleep. 2) We got in late and got up to the rooftop at 10:30pm for dinner/drinks (our last night in Spain). While we appreciate expedited line placement, we were not acknowledged for drinks or order for 25+ minutes~"

"La habitación es cómoda, bien limpia y tiene todo lo que uno requiere para una estancia corta. Muy bien ubicado a unos metros caminando de una estación de metro que te comunica con las mayores atracciones de la ciudad. Están haciendo trabajos en la rambla ahora en mayo 2026, eso a manera de comentario pero no afecta en nada al hotel. Volveré a hospedarme ahí sin duda."

"Beautiful hotel! Breakfast buffet was top tier, so so good! Staff were extremely helpful when needed, they even let us check in early, around 10:30am. The room was spacious and clean! Even had a little balcony outside!"
