We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end.
The whole hotel was spotless.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond.
Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all.
The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.
We would definitely return the next time we visit London.

We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead ...
