"I have stayed at this hotel many times and always rebook because I love the location and the convenience of it. The staff has always been wonderful. Once again the front desk was wonderful. The only complaint during the stay I would say was the temperature in the room. It was very hot and uncomfortable and the thermostat wasn’t easy to figure out and I feel like was maybe broken. About 15 min before check out, housekeeping knocked on the door. I told her we weren’t ready yet. Running a few min late, at 11:04 there was another knock and it was the same housekeeper. I opened the door and explained about running late. She was extra rude and just glared at me and moved away from the door. As I was checking out, she did the same rude look and glare. I understand they need to get the rooms clean but we were only out a little after 11! "

"The owner / staff were so helpful when the dryer in the laundry facility stopped working. Staff dried our clothes for the inconvenience. Breakfast was decent. Near to local shopping for snacks etc. Facility was clean and it was quiet. Safe. "
