"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). "La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"We were looked after very well from all the staff it’s very convenient to the beaches restaurants it’s an ideal place if you want quiet and total rest we also ate at night in the upstairs terrazzo restaurant a couple of times - it isn’t cheap but quality is excellent and service wonderful our en-suite room was comfortable cleaned everyday by the three ladies who were so friendly - a really great experience and we were very happy there "

"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!"
