"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony.
The room was large, comfortable and clean.
The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response.
There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever).
The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool.

"Great property for families! Staff and hotel is very accommodating. Baby bathtubs, bibs, cutlery, cups, etc. could you more seating around the pool as it was often slim pickings. Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!"
"We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable.
The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes.

The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots.
