"No Hot water on the first evening was told by the male receptionist that they would 'do something for me' but nothing appeared and then told they will get it fixed, Rang that evening as still no hot water and was told to let it run for 5 minutes but still nothing. final morning lovely hot water, no apology until I told the receptionist how frustrating it was. Room I stayed in had multiple issues including the mess on the ceiling, a broken slat in the radiator cover and a broken cover for the plughole in the shower that is quite a trip hazard"

The flat is located in Garden Square on Warwick Road, so that was a stressful start. Luckily, it was late afternoon so it was still light. I would not want to be in that position late at night on my own. It seemed to be more of a long term rental property as there were no cleaning supplies such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand soap or washing machine tablets. So as soon as I arrived I had to go and purchase all of these. Overall, the flat was a nice place to stay and was in a scenic location in a park."
