The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. "

I noticed it was missing shortly after and immediately contacted the reception to report the situation. The reception team responded promptly and handled the matter efficiently. Thanks to their quick action and support, my mobile phone was successfully recovered. I sincerely appreciate their assistance and professionalism in resolving the issue. However, I would strongly recommend improving the security measures in the SPA area to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Enhanced supervision or additional security arrangements would help ensure the safety and comfort of all guests."
