"The staff is very attentive. The rooms were cleaned well, but they have carpet, which I consider to be inherently unsanitary. In addition to the attentive staff I considered the view to be one of the hotel's best assets. I had a room overlooking the back side of the hotel, which was woods with birds' nests--a rare sight from a hotel window. The breakfast had instant oatmeal--plain and various flavors--hard-boiled eggs, cold cereals, waffles, pastries and bread, fruits, juices, coffee and tea....

"This place is well maintained. The grounds are pretty and the outdoor pool was great. The room was clean and we had no issues. I would definitely stay again!"

"Loved our stay at Americinn. All the staff was great, rooms spacious and clean. Shower was good, and bed a little to firm for me, but not a big deal. Great location, close to everything. Pool was great, had family over to swim as that was the reason we were there, visiting. Parking was good too. Would definitely recommend to anyone. What a great place!"
