"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. "We had a really lovely holiday in Ischgl. The apartment was very nice, clean, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday. "Hotel not bad at all. Very comfortable. Wellness area is very pleasant. The one thinng that let it down was amenities. I arrived Sunday evening very tired. Used the spa area briefly before it closed. By the time I got to the restaurant just after 8 the kitchen was closed. Being Sunday also nothing open in town. No bottles of water in the room - arguably the tap water should be good but still. So I ended up eating at the local kebab shop which was the only choice and tobe fair wasn't the worst. Basically accepting that it's off season and late on a Sunday I would have still liked to have a bit more options at the hotel. Water in"
