"As a female traveling alone, it was nice that you couldn't use the elevator without your key card. Valet was very convenient with call ahead service. Front desk personnel were always professional and extremely accommodating. Only disappointing things were no microwave in room and the Bistro food could've been better, but they work with what they have."
